Dr Sehgal is an amazing Ortho Dr. Very friendly, describes in detail what needs to be done and what you can expect and how long your recovery will be. I’ve had both shoulders operated on by him. Both have recovered 100% and I have full range and movement in Both.
With the advancement in technology the second shoulder was so much easier and so much less painful.
If you ever need a ortho Dr. I highly recommend Dr Sehgal! You will not be disappointed. -

The experience I had with Doctor SEHGAL and his medical staff was extremely excellent. Each one was very very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond my expectations. Miss Jennifer take me by hand and lead me through each Disability process. She literally called with me on the line speaking with my HR department and the disability department agency. She always assisted me with a smile. This group of professionals are greatly appreciate it and the medical field should feel proud.

Dr. Sehgal is a board certified orthopedic surgeon. When I asked him questions regarding orthopedics he has always been friendly professional and given me excellent advice. I would highly recommend him.

My husband broke his leg in 3 places and had never been in the hospital for anything in 60 years! So, needless to say, this was an unnerving experience for him. Dr. Sehgal has such a wonderful demeanor and clearly explained everything that was going to happen. At the end of the surgery, he came to the waiting room and spoke with me to allay my fears about the surgery.
The follow up visits brought us into contact with an amazing staff. From the office, to xray, to the techs, nurses, and especially the PA, Paulina, we were treated so kindly, and with such patience! There was not a single silly question and they took their time each visit. Thirteen weeks later, my husband is up and walking with some new after market parts, lol. Still using a cane, for now, but it has been an amazing recovery from such an awful accident.

Dr. Sehgal is a fantastic surgeon. In October I experienced a rare bi-lateral quad tendon rupture of both knees. After a successful surgery performed by Dr. Sehgal in October, doctors and therapist are amazed by my progress. I am walking with a cane currently and this is due to Dr. Sehgal's excellent skills as a surgeon. He is a caring doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr.. Sehgal has an incredibly comforting manner and demeanor. After having my fractured humerus put in a temporary wrap in the ER, I met with Dr. Sehgal for the first time four days later. He clearly explained what we were going to do to reset the nearly compound fracture, and also what could happen in that process due to the severity of the break and the proximity to nerves in my arm. Fortunately, the bone eased back together and I was able to avoid surgery. I am very thankful that Dr. Sehgal was scheduled for me and if I ever need another orthopedic doctor, Dr. Sehgal will be my first choice. Thank you for your expertise and knowledge in helping me through my accident and healing process!

Dr. Sehgal is amazing! I never feel like he is too busy for me and his staff is always helpful and pleasant! He is always honest and explains things so that I understand and answers my questions without making me feel dumb. Every once in awhile, you come across people that have been in their industry for decades and still have that burning passion for what they do, like it's their first day. Dr. Sehgal is like that. I have never seen him or Paulina (his PA) cranky about working super early on a Monday, having a bad day, or anything like that. I know they have them, we all do. They just blow it off because they focus on taking care of you, and that's all that matters when you are with them. Dr. Seghal and his staff are incredible, the people you want to treat your whole family, for generations to come. He is a doctor that should be what the standards of patient care are based on. He sets the bar high. Thank you Dr Sehgal and your staff, for all that you do.

After two years of horrible pain, and several doctors telling me that they couldn’t help me. Dr. Sehgal was the only one willing to do my hip replacement. I was up walking the same day. He completely changed my life. After years of not being able to walk properly, I took my wife dancing for her birthday 3 months after surgery. I would recommend Dr. Sehgal to anyone.

I’ve been taking my 90 year old dad to see doctor Sehgal. Doctor Sehgal has the best bedside manner of any doctor I know. He really seems to genuinely care about the patient and the best course of treatment.

Dr. Sehgal is a very skilled orthopedic surgeon. He perform a total hip replacement on me in February. I had osteoarthritis in my left hip. I was nerve about having the surgery and put it off for years. I walked around in pain for years. But Dr Sehgal let me know that this was what was needed and I would not regret having the surgery. He was right, I had the surgery and he did a fantastic job on my hip. I was up walking the next day and I was able to take care of myself after a few days. Dr. Sehgal and his team is the best. Just hate I didn’t have this done sooner. If you are looking to have hip or knee surgery Dr. Sehgal is the one you need. Stem cell injection will not work for you because I tried it. Money wasted!

Dr. Sehgal and his P.A. Paulina were incredible. I haven't had a better experience with any other physician. When I broke my collar bone, they were able to see me within 24 hours of the accident. Dr. Sehgal laid out my options for me and was very clear about all of the risks and benefits associated with both abstaining from and undergoing surgery. He did not try to steer me one way or the other and let me make the decision that was best for me. He got me into surgery two days later and everything went wonderfully smooth. So smooth that the pain subsided quickly enough for me to return to work just a week after the procedure. I was able to get to healing right away and now six weeks later, here I am back to doing everything that I love. If you need an orthopedic surgeon, he is the best, bar none.

Dr. Sehgal repaired my ruptured bicep tendon in my right arm. He explained the procedure to me in detail. What I should expect, the recovery time etc. The procedure went perfectly, its healing very well. At every follow up visit he's had a great bed side manner spending time and explaining what to expect next. He referred me to a good physical therapist and walked me through my rehab. Form professionalism to personality I would highly recommend him.

Thanks Dr. Seghal! This guy is so fun to be around and it doesn't hurt that he is a GREAT SURGEON! I had a knee replacement, has some issues with wound afterwards and Doc was so attentive and called me every other day to make sure it was healing up. Just a superficial problem and now I feel like a new person again thanks to him and his team! He even gave me his cell phone to call him if I had any issues. I will be sure to tell anyone who has knee problems to see him.

Dr. Seghal is a an extremely skilled orthopedic surgeon. Our child had a severe break to both his tibia and fibula playing football. A good portion of the tibia was torn completely off the growth plate and the fibula was broken in multiple places. Dr. Seghal promptly got our son into surgery and had the profoundly intricate skill set and knowledge to repair our child's leg, impeccably. There is no one we could have picked to do a better job: A very caring, kind, and gifted orthopedic surgeon.

One amazing ortho surgeon. Dr. Sehgal is very thorough, he will take the time to answer all your questions and go over all the different scenarios if any possible before committing to have an any type of surgery. He definitely goes above and beyond even after the surgery to follow up and cater your follow on treatment. Very knowledgeable, I would use and refer him to others. Staff was excellent very helpful throughout the process, punctuality had to wait a bit and were some lags during visits but well worth the wait. Being in the Military its always humbling to havr thanks but Dr. Seghal and his stafff went above and beyond to ensure that i was taken care off.
Dr. Sehgal was very indepth and made sure i knew from begining to end, the best and worse case scenarios of my hamstring repair. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you and your staff. -

Very Helpful. I had to see him for a second opinion because my local doctor could not do the procedure and they sent me to Fargo since Dr. Sehgal has more training in that surgery. He explained everything to me. Very good doctor.

Best doctor at all of Essentia. He preformed a hip surgery on me and I am doing much better. He takes his time listening and explaining things with patients. Great Doctor! Took his time with my Mom who needed a new hip. He explained everything about the surgery to us. He even brought out plastic hips and made it very clear what was going to happen. Young, but took the time to explain everything to me before my knee surgery. Everything went great and I was back jogging 3 weeks after my meniscus surgery. He called me to check up on me and was always nice and helpeful after my surgery as well. Very nice young man.
