Orthopedic Appointment Hours

Orthopedic and sports medicine appointments may be scheduled during extended hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

✔ Online appointment booking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Early morning or late appointments may take place when full front-desk staffing is not available.

Clinical Support

Our licensed registered nurses are available to help address clinical questions and patient concerns during the following hours:

Messages received outside these hours are returned on the next business day.

After-Hours Orthopedic Care

Urgent post-operative concerns after hours are routed through our on-call orthopedic provider system.

For medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Workers' Compensation Orthopedic Care

Workers' Compensation cases are managed by a dedicated Orthopedic Nurse Care Coordinator during regular business hours. Messages and referrals are monitored and returned promptly within one business day.
